Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. As a Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various electronic devices, including mobile devices, tablets and laptops/computers. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile devices, computers, and other electronic devices
– Perform software troubleshooting, including operating system installations and updates
– Analyze schematics and technical documentation to identify and resolve technical problems
– Replace faulty components and perform repairs on cell phones/tablets, screens, batteries, charge ports etc
– Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality after repairs
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
– Maintain accurate records of repairs performed and parts used
– Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and efficiency
Skills:
– Candidate MUST have at least 6 months of local Phone/Tablet/Laptop Repair experience, Candidates will be Tested.
– Able to multi task efficiently and accommodate multiple customers if required
– Proficient in repairing MacOS, iOS, Android, and other mobile devices
– Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
– Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in electronics repair
– Ability to analyze schematics and technical documentation
– Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
– Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
– Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a MUST

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
