Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess a passion for food preparation and service.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food
– Cook and plate menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
– Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times
– Monitor food stock and report when there are shortages
– Maintain a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
– Follow proper food handling procedures and comply with food safety regulations
Qualifications:
– Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting
– Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour
