Responsibilities & Duties:
- Cutting Carpet for our customers; accuracy a must
- Locating products in the warehouse; primarily using forklift but reach truck experience would be an asset
- Loading and unloading of rolled goods
- Housekeeping of the receiving and shipping areas
- Working with power equipment, hi-reach forklifts
- Adherence to procedures, safety practices and policy
Position Requirements:
- Candidates must have a valid forklift operator ticket
- This position will require experience cutting rolled goods using a cutting machine.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
- Have strong communication, oral, written and comprehension skills
- Be able to work quickly, under pressure, and have a sense of urgency
- Be able to record and reconcile information while prioritizing
- Have the ability to work independently and with minimal direction as well as part of a team
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- The flexibility to meet the ever-changing needs of the warehouse business.
- Outstanding work safe attitude and safety record
- Good attendance record
- Please note: Heavy lifting is required up to 50lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)
