Duties for Finishers
- Finish drywall surfaces by taping, mudding, sanding, and applying textures to achieve smooth, seamless walls and ceilings
- Perform plastering, stucco application, and drywall repair for renovation and restoration projects
Duties for Carpenters & Laborers
- Assist with framing, carpentry, and metal stud installation to support structural integrity
- Install fixtures such as doors, trim carpentry elements, moldings, and hardware with precision
- Contribute to other remodeling activities as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience working on construction sites with drywall finishing or related trades such as carpentry or plastering
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various construction tasks
- Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a proactive work ethic
