Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction and restoration tasks, including residential new home construction and residential renovations. The carpenter will be responsible for executing duties related to construction projects, following schematics and blueprints, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. This is a full-time position that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work on-site.
Duties:
– Follow schematics and blueprints to complete construction projects
– Perform flooring installation, including measuring, cutting, and laying materials
– Install cabinets according to specifications
– Conduct carpentry tasks such as framing, trim work, and finishing
– Assemble and disassemble structures as needed
– Execute construction tasks with attention to detail
Experience:
– Proven experience in restoration and construction projects
– Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
– Strong knowledge of various construction techniques and materials
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
