Responsibilities
- Erect metal buildings with precision, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics and blueprints
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration tasks with attention to detail and quality standards
- Install rebar and framing components accurately based on technical drawings and construction plans
- Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely while following all safety protocols
- Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to guide project execution
- Execute masonry work including stucco, siding, trim carpentry, roofing, and plastering as needed
- Manage construction site activities such as heavy lifting, material handling, and coordination of subcontractors
Skills
- Extensive experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, and siding installation
- Proficient in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and dimensional measurements
- Skilled in rebar installation, framing (including metal stud framing), trim carpentry, and woodworking
- Knowledge of welding techniques and heavy equipment operation for various construction tasks
- Strong understanding of construction management principles and site safety procedures
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery effectively and safely
- Experience in remodeling projects, restoration work, and interpreting technical drawings for complex structures
