Attendant Job Description

Duties:

– Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

– Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns

– Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately

– Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards

– Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed

– Monitor inventory levels and restock items as necessary

– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

– Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required

– Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions

– Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus

– Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
