Job Summary
As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by meticulously picking and packing customer orders to meet their expectations. Your responsibilities will extend to efficiently receiving and organizing incoming materials, verifying their accuracy, and maintaining precise inventory records through our advanced locator control system. Safety, cleanliness, and exceptional customer service are paramount in this role.
Job Duties
Receive, verify, unpack, and systematically sort incoming materials to maintain an organized warehouse environment.
Process and pack customer orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in preparation for shipping.
Provide excellent service to walk-in customers, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate inventory records through the effective utilization of our inventory locator control system.
Safely operate warehouse equipment in adherence to established safety procedures.
Offer occasional backup support to office personnel.
Uphold warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Minimum 18 months of warehouse experience preferred with on-the-job training.
Certification in reach trucks and counterbalance forklifts
Basic computer skills are beneficial.
Strong organizational skills for effective job task planning.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Physical fitness to meet lifting and other physical demands.
Availability for occasional extra hours.

Salary: $21/hr
