Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service.
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately.
- Assist servers with bussing tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring guest needs are met.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and organizing utensils.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service and address guest requests.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety throughout the restaurant environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a tidy dining space.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or moving furniture while joining tables.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is a plus.
