Job Summary:
- Lead business systems analysis across banking, cards, and payments platforms, supporting end to end payment processing lifecycles for domestic and international transactions.
- Drive requirements gathering, solution design, and backlog management for payment systems including SWIFT, ISO 20022 (MT/MX), ACH, Fedwire, and merchant settlement platforms.
- Partner with finance, compliance, risk, and front office stakeholders to deliver regulatory reporting, expense optimization, fraud prevention, and data driven business insights.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL, SAS, VBA, Snowflake, Essbase, and analytical tools to support financial forecasting, reconciliation, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
- Support Agile delivery by facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT coordination, and stakeholder reviews using Jira and Confluence.
- Contribute to fraud risk management initiatives by analyzing transaction patterns, defining detection rules, supporting ISO 20022 compliance, and improving payment success and loss prevention metrics
