Job Description
We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst on Client s Digital Commerce team, responsible for the end-to-end execution of requirements delivery including planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, management, and support across AEM as a Cloud Service, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and connected digital platform capabilities.
You will serve as the trusted bridge between product owners, marketing stakeholders, content teams, analytics practitioners, architects, and engineering squads to drive high quality outcomes on Client s digital properties.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Elicit and analyze business, marketing, content, and analytics requirements; create documentation including current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) process flows, user stories, story maps, data catalogs, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, implementation-ready techno-functional user stories and specifications that development and QA teams can act on without ambiguity
- Manage backlog refinement, story elaboration, and sprint planning support in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment; maintain an up-to-date repository of reusable requirements documentation
- Define tagging requirements, measurement frameworks, consent flows, and data governance considerations for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Experience Platform integrations
- Facilitate scope and design discussions with business stakeholders, tech leads, architects, and QA teams; lead mapping sessions for detailed requirements-to-implementation traceability
- Identify, track, escalate, and drive resolution of data, systems, and integration issues throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Coordinate UAT planning, support QA teams in validation, and ensure delivered capabilities meet business objectives and acceptance criteria
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst or Technical BSA in Agile technology delivery, with demonstrated ability to lead requirements end-to-end
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills across business, IT, and vendor teams
- Familiarity with digital content management platforms (AEM preferred), digital analytics tools (Adobe or Google Analytics), and tag management (Adobe Launch)
- Experience writing techno-functional user stories and acceptance criteria for complex platform integrations
- Experience working across business and engineering teams in enterprise delivery environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to consent management platforms and privacy-by-design requirements
- Proficiency in SQL or data analysis tools to support analytics requirements
- Experience in financial services or heavily regulated digital environments
