Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive professional based in our Canada office to support sales growth by recruiting realtors across Canada and the US. The role involves sourcing candidates, managing leads, conducting cold calls, and building a strong talent pipeline in collaboration with the onsite team.
You will be responsible for maintaining candidate records, preparing contracts, and ensuring a structured and efficient recruitment process. This role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the team to enhance sales and recruit realtors
- Drive sales growth through realtor recruitment
- Manage assigned leads through effective cold calling
- Conduct online research to identify potential realtors and generate leads when required
- Develop and implement a scalable vetting process for new realtors
- Collect candidate details and prepare contracts as per requirements
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of applicants and interview processes
- Identify and attract new talent through calls, emails, and other communication channels
Requirements:
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, or other regional languages is an added advantage)
- Familiarity with online job posting platforms
- Ability to coordinate realtor recruitment across Canada and the US
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or related fields preferred
Location and Shift:
- Work Location: 2810 Matheson Blvd E Unit 801, Mississauga, ON, Canada
- Shift Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
