Business Development Executive Lead

This is not a traditional sales role.

Our network is founded on trust, credibility, and consistent delivery, giving us a strong platform of existing relationships to build from, not just a cold start approach to business development.
Through our A-WAY™ approach, we uncover the patterns, blind spots, and team dynamics that often lead to mis-hires, then define what an A-Player actually looks like in that environment before going to market.
We’re looking for a Business Development Lead with 3–5+ years of experience who knows how to open doors and lead meaningful conversations with senior leaders.
What you’ll do
- Build relationships with HR, founders, CEOs, and senior executives
- Drive new business through thoughtful, insight-led outreach
- Identify and shape executive search opportunities
- Manage a consistent pipeline across North America (startups and high-growth, tech-driven companies)
What you bring
- 3–5+ years in business development or consultative sales
- Confidence engaging senior decision-makers
- Strong instincts, curiosity, and follow-through
- Ability to operate without a playbook and create opportunity

Compensation
- This is a 12-month contract role with a draw + performance-based commission structure
