About The Role:
We’re now looking for a Podcast Producer / B2B Content Producer to help us execute, grow, and optimize B2B company podcasts or content flywheels for our clients. We’re looking for someone who understands how a content flywheel can become a strategic GTM asset.
As our Podcast Producer, you’ll own the execution of B2B podcast programs from guest strategy to production to distribution.
You’ll help identify the right guests, run intro calls, support outbound guest booking, shape episode storylines, prep hosts, manage production workflows, coordinate contractors, and work closely with client-side marketing and sales teams.
The right person for this role is part:
Producer. Content strategist. Guest booker. Creative director. Distribution manager.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct intro calls with potential guests to qualify fit, uncover strong storylines, and build early rapport
- Establish outbound guest booking campaigns using a mix of automation and human-in-the-loop personalization
- Work with client marketing and sales teams to align guest strategy with broader GTM and pipeline goals
- Research guests and create high-quality episode briefs, storylines, and conversation angles
- Develop narrative-driven episode structures inspired by shows like The Diary of a CEO
- Identify strong hooks, themes, tensions, POVs, and moments after recordings
- Prep podcast hosts before episodes so they understand the guest, the episode thesis, and the strongest conversation paths
- Help train podcast hosts to become better interviewers through feedback on questions, follow-ups, pacing, energy, and storytelling
- Manage production workflows across scheduling, recording, asset delivery, publishing, and reporting
- Coordinate external contractors, including video editors, copywriters, social media managers, designers, and other production partners
- Review episode edits, short-form clips, titles, thumbnails, captions, social copy, and creative assets
- Understand podcast distribution best practices across YouTube, LinkedIn, and podcast directories
- Help distribute and repurpose episodes across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok, newsletters, and third-party channels
- Creative direct and A/B test content formats, hooks, titles, thumbnails, clips, and distribution strategies to improve performance over time
- You have high proficiency with Claude, using it daily. You know how to build and use Claude Projects, customize skills, and write in different styles. Additionally, you understand how to integrate Notion and other tools like MCP servers.
What We're Looking For:
We’re looking for someone with experience in podcast production, B2B content, video production, guest booking, and executive thought leadership.
You do not need to be an expert in every single area, but you should understand how great podcast content gets made, distributed, and bring in company revenue
