Our challenge
We are looking who can Drive the successful delivery of trading, analytics, and platform initiatives within the Equity Derivatives domain. Act as a bridge between business needs and technical teams, ensuring solutions align with market requirements and front-office workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document requirements across trading, analytics, and platform projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and define project goals.
- Drive delivery timelines, manage expectations, and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Continuously improve processes, workflows, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
- Proven BA/PM experience in Capital Markets.
- Strong knowledge of Equity Derivatives products and workflows.
- Front-office workflow understanding.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Educational background in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
