Responsibilities
• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, assess performance, and support business strategy;
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support execution across product, marketing, and operations; • Build and maintain dashboards, business reports, and performance metrics to monitor KPIs and key initiatives;
• Design, develop and maintain reporting frameworks, defining reporting cadences and delivering executive-level reports to senior leadership;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support business planning;
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting outputs by developing validation processes and partnering with data source/system owners;
• Develop data-driven reports and presentations to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and non-technical stakeholders;
• Provide ad hoc insights and data support for strategic and operational projects; Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
• 5-7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
• Demonstrated exposure to or strong interest in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Analytical Acumen:
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data findings directly to real-world business decisions. Communication & Interpersonal
Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the building of effective working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners. Technical Proficiency:
• Expert proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Tableau, Cognos) for creating insightful dashboards and automated reports.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements in a structured manner.
Domain Knowledge :
• Understanding of construction project lifecycles, facilities maintenance processes, corporate real estate and relevant industry best practices is a significant plus.
