Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join a collaborative in-house creative team. The successful candidate will support a variety of internal and external marketing and communication initiatives, creating visually compelling materials that align with brand standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop marketing and communication materials, including sales collateral, pitch decks, brochures, event materials, and digital assets.
- Create original visual concepts while working within established brand guidelines and templates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present creative solutions, and manage projects through completion.
- Produce accessible and user-focused designs across print and digital channels.
- Support data visualization and infographic development.
- Coordinate with vendors on production, printing, and delivery as required.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of graphic design experience in an agency or corporate/in-house environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
- Strong PowerPoint design skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with accessibility design best practices.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing collateral, presentation design, and digital design work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within financial services or other corporate environments.
- Knowledge of website structure and app development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
