**Maintenance Technician – Assisted Living Community**
we are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repairs of our assisted living community. This position requires a self-motivated individual with experience in building maintenance, troubleshooting, and resident service.
**Responsibilities Include:**
* General building maintenance and repairs
* Plumbing repairs and troubleshooting
* HVAC maintenance, AC filter cleaning, and minor repairs
* Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
* Interior and exterior painting
* Drywall repair and patching
* Preventive maintenance of equipment and systems
* Light carpentry work
* Maintaining grounds, walkways, and common areas
* Responding to maintenance requests from residents and staff
* Assisting with inspections and regulatory compliance
**Qualifications:**
* Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience preferred
* Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
* Ability to diagnose and repair maintenance issues independently
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Must pass background screening
**Compensation:**
* Competitive pay based on experience

Pay: $24.58 – $29.60 per hour
