WHAT THIS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ROLE ENTAILS
THE SCHEDULE:
Your shifts fall within our standard business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with some flexibility built in.
YOUR ROLE:
You handle incoming phone calls and text messages with professionalism while ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous assistance. You manage scheduling details, keep daily operations organized, and maintain accurate paperwork that supports the entire team. Through clear communication and thoughtful follow-up, you play a key role in creating a seamless experience for both customers and internal staff, contributing to an efficient and well-run office every day.
