Full job description
Property Management Company is seeking a full time Suite Cleaner & Building Cleaner in New Westminster to join their team. We are looking for someone who has an outgoing personality and a strong desire to work hard while joining a positive work environment.
You may also need to show suites on the weekends. You will also get the managers phone when she is out of town or on vacation.
You will also need to be call every 3rd week. You will get and extra paid day off in leu.Previous experience as a care take is a must
You will be working Thursdays- Monday 9am-5pm
Responsibilities and duties are as follows:
Light maintenance ( change fusses, light bulbs, unplugging toilets etc)
Cleaning elevators
Cleaning stairs cases
Pick up garbage from out side
Clean lobby’s & laundry rooms
Vacuum hallways
Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate should have:
Excellent organizational skills
Be self-motivated
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Take pride in the job well done
Previous cleaning experience
Demonstrated ability to read and communicate in English
Ability to work as a team
