Strong understanding of end-to-end payment lifecycle including authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks
Experience working with payment gateways/processors such as Adyen, CyberSource, or similar platforms
Knowledge of payment transaction flows, including pre-auth and post-auth processing
Exposure to payment fraud detection tools (e.g., Forter, Sift) within payment ecosystems
Experience with payment integrations (APIs, webhooks, batch processing) across e-commerce or POS systems
Understanding of reconciliation processes and handling payment failures / chargebacks
Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance and secure payment handling practices
