The Opportunity

The Marketing Manager leads development of 360 strategy and execution of global marketing programs by collaborating closely with cross-functional business partners to build strategy briefs, communications plans, toolkits for campaigns across multi-platform consumer engagement programs. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in partnership with Global HQ, including all promotional activities and product launches.

What you’ll get to do

Marketing Execution:

Execute and develop localized brand building plans in line with the objectives of the division including 3-year marketing plan, new product launches, promotions, and communication strategy.

Manage P&L and execution of 360º marketing plan for each brand within his/her responsibility, including annual budget of all above-the-line and below-the-line activities, launch calendar, promotional plan, animation/event plan, in collaboration with cross functional team, media plan implementation, public relations plan implementation.

Present seasonal programs to retail partners.

Propose new product and promotional ideas for our market.

Collaborate with internal and global teams to ensure business success, brand content, media programs’ execution and the following:

Sales team on marketing plans by retailer.

Retail team on “retailtainment” and events by brand.

Education team on training plans and materials.

Demand Planning/Operations team on launch tracking and delivery.

Finance team on budget planning and reporting.

Responsible for growth and development of brand/product strategy and promotional calendar.

Monitor and analyze business results in order to recommend opportunities for improving.

Prepare and deliver presentations for key meetings with senior management.

Ensure partnership with cross-functional teams for in-store, online experience, social/digital, and media innovation to execute basic business activations (e.g., merchandising overhaul, online finders, digital/social activations).

Communication:

Contribute to creating brand PR and Influencer Marketing strategies.

Own projects including campaigns, playbooks & guidelines, and delivering content relevant for in country execution.

Work with communications team on press releases, digital press releases, editorial and still life beauty visuals, reactive Q&A’s, spokesperson identification.

Meet-ups with influencers and external partners during events.

Build measurement into every plan to benchmark success and gain insights for future plans.

Work with cross functional teams to develop breakthrough activation strategies that align across channels.

Manage and track cross-functional inputs into go-to-market deliverables ensuring cohesive strategy and timely delivery.

Cultivate a mindset relentlessly focused on consumer and aware of competition/channel influences.

Analytics:

Actively monitor and manage investments in POS materials and animations (analyze ROI/profitability per action and proposing improvements for future).

Conduct brand and market analysis, and recommend strategic decisions based on insights.

Forecast seasonal POS materials, new launches, and animation materials.

Monitor product stock levels, playing an active role in controlling inventory levels and forecasts.
