An in-depth knowledge of technology with a strong aptitude and willingness to learn.

Self-motivation, strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.

The following certifications would be an asset, (but not mandatory):

A+ Certification with the ability to work on PC computers

Current and applicable Apple Certification (ACMT, ACiT), familiarity with Apple Service Metrics (PSP, CSAT, ACSE) and proven user experience in MacOs Operating Systems

Starting pay will fall within the salary range indicated and may vary based on job-related experience, knowledge and education.

For more flexibility, as a Regular Part-Time employee, you will be scheduled a minimum of 1456 hours per year, up to 40 hours per week, as needed. Applicants must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday to Sunday.
