Hit sales growth targets
Business Development Stay current on market trends and activity
Actively engage with customers and potential customers in person and across different platforms
Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative within the company and externally
Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns

Qualifications3 – 5 years of brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management experience
University or College graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
Proven successful Business Development/ Sales experience is required
HVAC experience,
product knowledge
, or HVAC sales would be considered an asset
Some travel will be required – up to 50%
