The primary responsibilities of the Branch Representative include managing incoming calls, processing order entries, and proactively promoting company products to drive sales and achieve outstanding
customer satisfaction
. Les tâches Going above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations. Handling order processing and quotation requests using various methods, providing support to both the inside and outside sales teams. Maintaining a professional approach when managing incoming phone calls and text messages.
Collaborating closely with buying groups and suppliers to source necessary parts and equipment. Gaining a deep understanding of clients’ requirements and suggesting suitable products or services to ensure their satisfaction. Building long-term customer relationships based on trust, employing effective
communication
strategies. Strictly adhering to company guidelines, policies, and procedures. Addressing customer concerns promptly and offering timely solutions to resolve any issues.
Undertaking additional duties assigned by a supervisor, including after-hours on-call support for the branch. As the Branch Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring
customer satisfaction
