Boutique Intern

Cartier is looking for a boutique intern to provide support to the boutique operations and client experience in the Cartier Bloor Street boutique in Toronto.

A broad role that supports across the teams of the boutique, and as a result gain an exposure to the different disciplines that drive the business forward. A willingness to learn quickly, and an understanding of how small details make a large contribution to the brand will be key to success in this role.

Passionate and enthusiastic student curious about seeing & participation in the day-to-day retail operations and projects of a high-end luxury brand starting in June 2023.

YOUR MISSION

You will join the Toronto Boutique and assist your dedicated team in contributing to a seamless and smooth running of the Boutique operations as well as in executing client welcoming service, daily management of the Boutique operations including stock management and assisting our Sales Associates in their daily routine.
By being a first point of interaction with the client, you will ensure the high quality of client welcoming and treatment as well as establishing consumer loyalty and satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and support the team with any issues that arise at the Boutique.
Ability to handle, plan and execute on different tasks, while communicating with key stakeholders throughout the process.
Assist the commercial front of house and back of house with various activities to facilitate seamless client experience, including, client correspondence (phone duties, supporting email and retrieval of messages and appointment setting), appointment preparation and sales finalization.

YOUR PROFILE

Passionate about luxury retail and sales
Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application
Impeccable organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to report to boutique 5 days week, on a full time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program
Great collaborator who can also work autonomously.
The courage to ask questions, no matter how small, to ensure your understanding is complete and you are set up for success.
Strong communication skills and ability to anticipate needs and priorities (both internal and external partners).
Authorized to work in the Canada
