Duties
- Lead the assessment and documentation of restoration projects, translating technical details accurately in both languages to ensure clear communication with clients and team members.
- Oversee the proper use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment during restoration tasks such as water extraction, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and carpet cleaning.
- Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute restoration procedures efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Train and supervise technicians on industry best practices for cleaning, restoration, and specialized procedures like asbestos abatement and mold remediation.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with industry regulations.
- Assist in client consultations by providing bilingual support to explain scope of work, safety protocols, and project timelines clearly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following proper cleaning protocols during each phase of restoration.
Skills
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish are essential for effective team coordination and client interaction.

- Proven experience in the restoration industry, including water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and carpet cleaning.
- Familiarity with construction tools, hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in property restoration projects.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to asbestos removal, mold remediation, and general construction practices.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as carpet extractors or industrial vacuums confidently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site challenges.
- Prior experience working with restoration materials like drywall, flooring, or insulation is a plus.
