### Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and personal development. As a part of our highly motivated team, you will have to act as a leader and should have a solid work ethic and able to endure fast-paced environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and want to make a lot of money with big commissions. This is a COMMISSION ONLY job, making 500 a week is less than the minimum requirements.
### Duties
– Be well dressed and have a great work ethic.
– Having the ability to maintain valuable conversations with possible clients and have good energy.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with possible clients to provide them with a better service for less than what they are currently paying for.
– Utilize Salesforce CRM to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
– Be a leader and present to the team valuable tips and tricks that helped you get sales on the field.
– Collaborate with the team to better your skills and exchange knowledge to help each other grow.
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
### Experience
– Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to effectively communicate in French and English
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Familiarity with inside sales techniques and strategies
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce
