The Office manager provides support to program management and staff and coordinate office administration functions, human resources, payroll, records management, facilities and asset management.

Job Requirements:

Secondary school graduation

Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience

Minimum of 2 years administrative office experience and financial support services for a group of staff.

Experience leading others.

Preference may be given to applicants with the following:

Health sector experience

1 or more years in an executive office setting

Dealing with sensitive and confidential materials/information

About this Position:
This is a temporary opportunity until October 31, 2024
Flexible work options are available; this position may be able to work up to 2 days at home per week subject to an approved telework agreement.
An eligibility list may be established to fill future temporary and permanent vacancies.
A permanent appointment may result from this temporary appointment.
