Bitmad Bakery LLC. is looking for our next great bakers and or future owners. We’re looking for someone with passion and professionalism who wants to help us grow and exceed customer expectations. If you have a friend who needs work and you would like to work with, we are here for you both.
Bitmad Bakery LLC. is a small bakery that is based out of our house in the Town of Hudson WI. We do operate a commercially licensed kitchen and sell our breads at local farmer’s markets, Lowertown St Paul and Oakdale. We also wholesale to a local café, Co-op and would like to be able to expand. Find us on FB (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100086934038131) and IG to see all the things we make.
You need to be willing and able to stand for long periods of time, do repetitive work, be able to lift 50lbs, be willing to follow detailed directions, and be able to see what needs to be done and jump in to do it.
Responsibilities include: Following detailed directions (how we make things) and recipes, mixing, scooping, rolling, cleaning up, packaging, unloading materials and adhering to the standards of product we have set. May include weekend sales opportunity at markets.
Our perfect baker will have at least one year of professional/production baking experience, be efficient at managing time and multitasking, hardworking, have critical thinking and planning skills, strong work ethics, excel at working alone and with the team. However, we will train the right persons who are interested in learning our way of baking breads.
Position is hopefully long term and has the potential to advance into business ownership.
No baking experience?! Have you always wanted to work in a bakery? This might be your foot in the door if you are willing to learn, be part of the team and work hard.
We will have flexible hours, 15-40hrs a week depending on whether you are looking for full or part time. Our peak time for work is May thru Mid Oct where we’ll need 5 positions filled.
Wage depends on skill level and is negotiable. $16-$20 to start.
