Ness Auto Sales and Service in Lodi is growing, and we are looking for an experienced technician to join our busy, modern, and well-equipped repair facility. We have steady workflow, quality diagnostic equipment, a great team atmosphere, and a strong reputation for taking care of our customers and employees.
This is a full-time position working on a wide variety of late-model and newer vehicles. If you take pride in accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and doing the job right the first time, we want to talk with you.
What You’ll Do
Perform accurate vehicle diagnostics
Complete routine maintenance and inspections
Repair brakes, suspension, steering, electrical systems, engines, transmissions, and more
Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
Help keep the shop clean, safe, and professional
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a professional auto repair shop
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Own basic hand tools
ASE certification preferred, but not required
