Summary
We are seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Saskatoon. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle service and repairs, playing a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding automotive care.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Foster a positive relationship with customers to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a dealership environment as a Service Advisor or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in an automotive context.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
