Best Motors., a family-owned used car dealership in Hamilton , Ontario is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and excellent customer service skills. If you love cars and helping people, you’ll fit right in!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of various used vehicles
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory and promotions
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to meet the needs of customers
- Complete necessary paperwork and ensure all transactions are processed accurately
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the sales lot and showroom
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Valid G-class driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must have OMVIC licence or willingness to obtain license prior to start date
- Knowledge of automotive financing and warranty options is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry is preferred, but not necessary
