About the position:
Some experience is required, but we will train you to meet our standards. You will work closely with someone who has great knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Preparation: Sanding, cleaning, and prepping panels for paint.
- Masking and Taping: Covering areas not to be painted to prevent overspray.
- Priming and Painting: Applying primer and assisting with topcoats, undercoats, and refinishing materials.
- Color Matching & Mixing: Assisting with mixing paint to match OEM standards.
- Detailing and Finishing: Buffing, cleaning, and detailing vehicles after paint application.
- Maintenance: Keeping the paint booth, equipment, and shop area clean and organized.
- Safety Adherence: Following all safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements
- Attitude: Strong desire to learn the trade, reliability, and a good work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift, and work with painting tools.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Experience: Previous experience is required.
Targeted Pay Range:
$24 Per Hour – $28 Per Hour
