What We Seek:
- 2+ Years Experience as a Service Writer/Advisor in a Franchise Dealer Service department REQUIRED
- Possess a history of high CSI scores
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Great Sales Skills, ability to Up-Sell
- Basic Automotive Knowledge
- Good Phone Etiquette
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Great Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual Skills (Spanish/English) is a PLUS
- Experience with GM products (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC) is a PLUS
- Experience/Knowledge of Automate, Dealer-FX, Global Connect (GM software) is a PLUS
