About the Role
As an AT&T Sales Representative, you will be the go-to resource for customers exploring AT&T products. You’ll guide them through service options, answer questions, and create a smooth and positive sales experience. Success in this AT&T Sales Representative position comes from strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to build trust with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish as an AT&T Sales Representative to introduce AT&T wireless plans and services
- Explain devices, pricing, and promotions clearly to support informed purchasing decisions
- Assist with activations, upgrades, and new account setup as an AT&T Sales Representative
- Address billing and service-related questions with professionalism and accuracy
- Process transactions and maintain detailed, organized sales records
- Recommend additional AT&T products, bundles, and accessories to enhance customer value
- Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience in every AT&T Sales Representative interaction
- Track customer interactions and contribute to team sales reporting
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily and weekly goals
- Stay up to date on AT&T product offerings, promotions, and service updates
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred for this AT&T Sales Representative (Spanish Speaking) role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven, fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Self-motivated and eager to grow as an AT&T Sales Representative
