GENERAL SUMMARY:

As Rooms Supervisor, you’ll lead the housekeeping crew to ensure guest rooms pop with style, quality, and that signature Moxy spirit. WHO YOU ARE
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, sanitation protocols, and housekeeping standards.
- Experience supervising or training housekeeping staff is a big plus.
- Ability to work solo and with the crew in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Extras
- Ready for flexible shifts: weekends, holidays, evenings.
- Familiar with Marriott brand standards and housekeeping management systems.
- Great communicator, pro collaborator, natural motivator.
- Bilingual (English/French) an asset.
- Pre-opening, grand opening, and launch skills—bring the energy.
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, and move for long periods (up to 8 hours/shift).
- Lift/carry up to 50 lbs and push/pull housekeeping carts.
- Bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive motion.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and in varied settings.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Lead with Energy
- Conduct daily room inspections to keep cleanliness and style levels next-level.
- Champion feedback and guidance for your team to bring out their best work.
- Knock quality targets out of the park, replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies to brand standards.
Rock the Crew
- Assign tasks, coach room attendants, and support fresh training on Moxy service standards.
- Celebrate wins, motivate the crew, and make teamwork the heart of every shift.
Delight the Guests
- Jump in on guest requests, resolve issues with personality and efficiency.
- Sync up with the front desk to keep rooms ready for guest arrivals—surprises welcome!
- Help create stays guests rave about, from seamless service to bold style.
Keep it Stocked and Safe
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and storage—never run low.
- Report missing/damaged items and coordinate with the Assistant Housekeeper to get what you need.
- Stick to safe handling, storage, and use of all materials and equipment.
Own Compliance and Collaboration
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations like a pro.
- Keep sharp on chemical and equipment handling.
- Flag issues and work with maintenance, security, and other departments for speedy solutions.
- Join daily huddles and energize the team with Moxy mantras.
- Keep communication open with managers, departments, and crew.
