As an AT&T Customer Associate, you will work directly with customers to introduce AT&T Fiber services, answer questions, provide account support, and deliver a positive customer experience throughout the enrollment process. Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Associate:
- Meet with customers directly to discuss AT&T Fiber services and account options
- Assist customers with enrollments, account setup, and service support
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service during every interaction
- Answer customer questions and help resolve service-related concerns
- Support daily operations while contributing to overall customer satisfaction goals
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow company procedures
Qualifications for the AT&T Customer Associate:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
