We are looking for an Assistant Manager who has knowledge of restaurant operations, good people skills, great customer service and interpersonal skills. A successful candidate will assist the management team in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, maintain staff morale, and report directly to the Manager. A passion for food service and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment are prerequisites for this position.

Duties:
– Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
– Supervise and train staff members to maintain high-quality performance
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction
– Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets
– Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability
– Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
– Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
– Strong mathematical skills for handling financial transactions accurately
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
– Proven leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals
– Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
– Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers
– Strong negotiation skills to handle vendor contracts and pricing discussions
– Familiarity with the local market trends and competition in the industry is advantageous
– Bilingual proficiency is preferred for effective communication with a diverse customer base
– Experience in recruiting, training, and managing employees is desirable

Salary: $54,769.00-$60,065.00 per year
