We believe great design is reflected not only in the finished project, but also in the quality, accuracy, and presentation of our drawings and client communications.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Designer / CAD Drafter to join our team. This position plays a key role in preparing permit-ready construction documents and transforming project concepts into professional client presentations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare construction drawings and permit submission packages for residential deck, porch, and outdoor living projects.
- Produce framing plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for clients.
- Work closely with Project Managers to coordinate project requirements, schedules, and design objectives.
- Maintain drawing standards and project documentation.
- Assist with client presentations, technical documentation, and project support.

Qualifications
Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Construction, or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to convert conceptual designs into complete permit-ready construction documents and details.
Proficiency in either AutoCAD or Vectorworks (required).
Ability to read and interpret site plans and architectural drawings.
Experience creating 3D renderings and presentation graphics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
