Requirements:
Previous experience working with sourdough breads, foccacia, baguettes as well as experience with some baked goods.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
