Reds Appliance in Farmingdale is currently looking for a full time knowledgeable technician.
The ideal person must be hard working , energetic and have a can do mindset. Would like to enjoy their job working as a team to help grow the business. Wanting a fulfilling position where they will feel resourceful and appreciated.
We are looking for the following criteria:
– Must have worked with appliances before.
– Knows how to repair Washers, Dryers, Stoves and Refrigerators.
– Knowledgeable about brands like Samsung, Lg, Whirlpool, GE and more.
– Must be able to multitask and repair multiple units at the same time.
– Must be able to move appliances around and be able to lift over 100 pounds.
-The Person must be fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
-Most importantly the person must want to grow within a company. (Long Term) When we Hire we are looking to fill the position with someone that is interested in having security knowing their job is needed for now and the future.
We are looking for independent thinkers not robots.
We are looking for a professional who can be serious while still enjoying their job.
We are a retail store so retail hours are required.
A 5 day a week position minimum . (with the opportunity for more hours)
Work hours are 9:30AM – 6:00PM Monday -Saturday and 10:00AM-3:00PM on Sundays.
We work with people in a retail environment. So things like manners , respect, honesty, accountability and trust are all very important to us as a company and should be important to the person applying for the position.
