We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Mowing Crew Member to join our team. This role involves operating commercial mowing equipment, trimming, edging, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers to maintain lawns.
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily routes.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Requirements:
- Previous mowing or lawn care experience preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
