Summary
We are looking for someone with current extensive knowledge in the repair of Apple Devices, iMac, Portables and iPhones.
Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues for a variety of Apple products.
- Provide technical support to customers both in-store and remotely.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment to perform repairs efficiently.
- Assist with retail sales by providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools are in good condition.
- Stay updated on the latest Apple products and technologies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hardware repair, preferably with Apple products.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Excellent technical support skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Familiarity with Mac OS and mobile devices is essential.
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively for repairs.
- Strong analytical skills to assess problems accurately and propose solutions.
