Great Basin Sand & Gravel is hiring an experienced Aggregate Crushing & Screening Superintendent for our Silver Springs, NV pit.
We need a hands-on aggregate professional who can help us produce consistent road base, 3/4” minus, drain rock, sand, and screened materials.
The ideal candidate understands crusher settings, screen plant operation, feed consistency, gradation control, stockpile management, fines balance, loader practices, and material testing.
Experience with cone crushers, jaw crushers, screen plants, conveyors, sieve analysis, road base/CAB, asphalt aggregates, DOT/NDOT materials, or portable crushing operations is strongly preferred.
This is not just an equipment operator role. We need someone who can help diagnose why material falls out of spec and adjust the operation to produce consistent certified aggregate.
MSHA experience preferred. Must be able to work on site in Silver Springs, Nevada.
Competitive pay based on experience.
