Are you a master of organization who thrives on keeping high-performing professionals on track? We are two busy Life Insurance Advisors looking for a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to serve as the backbone of our practice.
This isn't just a "data entry" job—we need a gatekeeper and a strategist who takes pride in being a top-tier administrator.
The Location
📍 Midtown Toronto. We are conveniently located right on the subway line, making for an easy, stress-free commute.
What You’ll Do
- Drive the Practice: Keep advisors focused on client-facing activities by managing schedules, prep, and priorities.
- Client Management: Utilize ACT! CRM and Cloven to manage client data and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Presentation Design: Create professional, high-impact presentations and reports using MS Office.
- The Follow-Up: Proactively manage pending tasks, outreach, and client communications.
- Data Mastery: Use Excel to track metrics, manage lists, and organize practice data.
Who You Are
- A Natural Organizer: You don’t just follow a process; you improve it. You are the person who keeps everyone else focused.
- Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient in MS Office (Excel is a must). Preference given to candidates who have experience with ACT! and Cloven CRM systems.
- A Pro Communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written skills for professional client interaction.
- Career-Oriented: You aren't looking for a "stepping stone"—you want to be the best administrator support specialist in the city.
Requirements
- At least 10 years administrative support experience in a sales environment.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with ACT! and Cloven and asset but not required.
- Ability to work on-site in Midtown Toronto.
- Previous experience in the Life Insurance industry is considered a significant asset, though not a strict requirement.
- LLQP an asset but not a requirement
