The OpportunityAccountable to the Manager, Quality, Innovation, Research and Training, Mental Health and Addictions, the administrative assistant maintains a high degree of confidentiality with all issues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to creating written correspondence and proofing/editing material for accuracy; developing Excel spreadsheets, charts and tables based on clinical and waitlist data; developing PowerPoint presentations; data entry and scoring of outcome evaluation tools; database maintenance; typing/transcribing reports photocopying and distributing accordingly.
