Our client, a nationwide non-profit organization, requires an Administrative Assistant to support the important work of a member on the Leadership team.
This is a three-month medical leave vacancy and the role starts almost immediately. Hybrid format with 2 days in office/3 days remote right downtown. 8:30-4:30.
The role requires a dedicated assistant who is very comfortable with managing a busy executive's calendar, email management, meeting preparations and preparing correspondence and PowerPoint presentations. You will also handle the processing and recording of donations to the charity, assist with expense claims, purchase orders and tracking invoices in the system.
Requirements: Minimum of two years of similar level experience is a MUST, and completion of Post-secondary education. Must be confident with all MS Office applications and have solid keyboard skills.
This position requires strong verbal and written communication for handling high-level communications across the organization. This charity provides incredible support to their community and to individuals who are in need of resources and medications to help them live full productive lives.
