As part of its strong growth, Klient is looking to welcome an Account Director to support the acquisition of new clients and manage the full sales cycle.

Your Role
As an Account Director, you will play a key role in Klient’s growth. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead generation and pipeline management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, industry events, and inbound leads
- Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with Klient’s ideal customer profile
- Maintain a structured, rigorous, and up-to-date sales pipeline
Opportunity conversion and sales
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signature
- Conduct product demonstrations focused on business value
- Handle objections, negotiate agreements, and close deals
Achieving objectives
- Meet or exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets
- Track and analyze performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed
The Ideal Profile
- 4 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Proven experience managing full sales cycles
- Strong ability to structure follow-ups and manage a pipeline with rigor
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Full proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written
- Strong technological aptitude
- Knowledge of Salesforce (a strong asset)
- Reside in Quebec
