2nd shift Embroidery Lead Jobs in Mukwonago, WI at Triple Crown Products
Lead Responsibilities:
- Trains front-line employees.
- Organizes directs and oversees the schedules and work of front-line employees.
- Works hand in hand with management and supervisors.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Job:
- Set up and operate Tajima embroidery equipment printing on various garment and apparel styles
- Keep machines in top operating conditions
- Change out threads, hoops, and other equipment as needed
- Control workflow scheduling or job tracking, using computer database software
- Examine job orders to determine quantities to be printed, stock specifications, colors, or special instructions
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Preparation of garments to be shipped, this would include packing and folding
- Trimming excess backing off embroidered patches
- Cross-training in other departments may be required

Full time:
- 40 hours per week Monday – Thursday
- OT available check with management and supervisors
- 2nd shift: 3:30PM – 01:30AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
